Industry Outreach Day: US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)

The US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is hosting its second quarterly Industry Outreach Day for information technology (IT) vendors on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EST). There will also be an afternoon session covering the same material from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM that same day. The goal of the day is to present information on OPM’s IT mission and plans for the future, as well as to obtain ideas from industry on how it can support OPM with future IT requirements. Industry Day activities will be held at OPM Headquarters, 1900 E Street, NW, Washington, DC 20415. 

The Industry Outreach Day event features informational briefings presented by OPM/OCIO personnel. There will also be opportunities to take part in discussions with OCIO personnel concerning OPM’s IT mission and plans, and to discuss vendor capabilities.

There is no charge to participate, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ATTENDEE. Vendors are requested to limit the number of attendees to no more than two (2) individuals per company. Vendors may register by sending an email to OPMVendorVisit@opm.gov. Seating is limited, so please register ASAP. Only the first 75 vendors to register will be able to attend. An OPM representative will contact those vendors making the registration cut-off as soon as registration is full.
