WEBINAR

How Can You Get Measurable Value from AI?

Webinar Description:

79% of organizations say AI is boosting productivity.
Only 29% can prove the return.

Everyone is being told to “adopt AI.” Far fewer are being shown how to prove it was worth it. This session cuts through the hype and gives you a clear, governed path from AI interest to measurable outcomes — the kind that hold up to leadership, oversight, and audit.

During this webinar, you'll learn:
  1. Why most AI pilots stall — and the “readiness debt” that quietly blocks value.
  2. What the data shows: most organizations — and most agencies — still can't prove AI's return, and why.
  3. The one step most teams skip: building the baseline that makes ROI measurable in the first place.
  4. How the ARC readiness method and TADE scoring turn “we think we're ready” into a defensible score.
  5. The five-step path: assess → remediate → adopt → govern → monitor.
  6. How to align adoption with NIST AI RMF, CMMC, and federal/state AI policy.
